returns & exchanges

we allow returns and exchanges for full priced items as the product has been unused/unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the order.

sale items are final sale.

for returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

shipping policy

orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of purchase (monday through friday). if you placed an order on the weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

after the order has been processed the customer will receive an email confirming the tracking number.

residents of california will pay a state tax of 10.25%.

all packages shipped are insured.

rae dagdagan is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. if your pacakge is lost or stolen please contact USPS.

unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. we ship in usa only.
